First, in case of medium and serious medical symptoms, any medications taken should be based on careful diagnosis and accurate prescription. The ills should have seen their doctors and having their symptoms diagnosed. It is a non sense to make a diagnosis upon any symptoms without in-person medical check- ups, because only reliable diagnosis is acceptable to make prescription on what medications to take, by considering the amount of dosage according to the level of the symptoms and any possibilities of allergies to some specific substances. Therefore, online pharmacy without a prescription perhaps is only acceptable for simple symptoms such as influenza or external bruises. Second, customers should be careful when buying any online pharmacies since there are many cheatings in online trading and services. There are recorded cases where online pharmacists happened to sell expired medications, either in its original package or disguised in new package. Some unreliable online pharmacists also sell fake pills and tablets disguised in package with popular labels. Some other simply sells pills or tablets made from a mixture of certain substances without knowing the function and contraindication of each substance. These kind of fallacy may result in more bad effect than good improvement towards the customers’ health, and in some serious cases it may even lead to death.

As health is very expensive and therefore needs to be reserved properly, any customers willing to buy online pharmacy without a prescription are suggested to be highly careful. It is better to see your doctor first, and then choose only certified online pharmacists to buy the medications. Do not ever forget to check the expire date, dosage, substance composition and other information in the label or package of any online medications. If there are anything strange about the color of the tablets, smell of the pills, or name of substances you know to be dangerous, do not waste time. Consult your doctor or nearest drugstore.
